Empowering Communities Through Compassion and Service
In the bustling heart of Middle Tennessee, Mechanics on a Mission is making profound changes in the lives of those who are experiencing transportation insecurity. Our dedicated 501 (C) (3) non-profit delivers a lifeline to single parents, veterans, widows, those facing illness, women escaping abusive situations, and others who find themselves in vulnerable situations by providing free car repairs and free car donations.
Mechanics on a Mission aims to donate 100+ cars and perform 300+ car repairs in 2025. This is all made possible by 160 Mechanics who tirelessly perform car repairs, and community members who donate vehicles or make monetary donations.

Our Vision and Mission

Mechanics on a Mission was created to use the skills of experienced mechanics to serve the community. By partnering with local organizations like Nelson Mazda, Christian Brothers, and Tire World, we’ve built a network of 160 mechanics providing more than just vehicle repairs.
Mechanics on a Mission aims to provide reliable transportation to its beneficiaries, supporting their independence. In addition, we partner with over 300 organizations including other non-profits, charities and churches.
We are motivated by our love for Jesus and believe in sharing his love through acts of service and compassion.
Our Achievements
Our mission is fueled by our passion for helping others and making a difference in our community. We recognize that our mission would not be possible without the generous support of donors and volunteers who share our values and believe in the power of giving back.
